I've been dealing with an issue on my face and underarms for about a year now. I've tried using luliconazole and ketoconazole ointments, and even took oral tablets like onecan and itraconazole, but nothing seems to fully solve the problem. The ketoconazole ointment seems to control it for a bit, but then it just comes back. Can you please help me figure out what's going on?

I've been using Nivea lip balms and Ponds cold cream for my chapped lips, but they only seem to help for a short while.
