I've been dealing with this issue for the past month where I'm coughing up this jelly-like mucus. It's really sticky and gets stuck in my throat, so I'm always trying to clear it out. I think it might be related to some gastric problems, but my lungs seem okay since I can run and walk without any problems. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what might be going on? I've got some pictures of the mucus that I can show.

It sounds like you might be experiencing post-nasal drip or mucus production related to gastric reflux. While your lungs seem unaffected, I recommend consulting with a healthcare provider to check for conditions like acid reflux or sinus issues. In the meantime, staying hydrated and avoiding triggers like spicy foods may help.

View allI found out I have a 13 mm gallstone but I'm not feeling any pain or discomfort right now is there any way to get rid of it without surgery
While you don't have symptoms currently with a 13mm gallstone, the best approach is usually to consult with a general surgeon. While some options exist to dissolve or remove gallstones without surgery, the decision on whether or not to intervene depends on your overall health, the size and type of gallstone, and your individual risk factors.

I had an episode of vomiting with blood yesterday, and I'm a regular smoker and drinker. Could you help me understand why that might have happened and what kind of doctor I should reach out to?
Back pain from prolonged sitting is common. Shelcal 500 mg (Calcium and Vitamin D3) may help alleviate back pain by: 1. Supporting bone health 2. Relaxing muscles 3. Reducing muscle spasms However, consider the following: 1. Consult your doctor before starting any new supplements. 2. Shelcal 500 mg is primarily for calcium and vitamin D supplementation, not specifically for back pain relief. 3. Everyday intake may lead to excessive calcium consumption. Recommendation: 1. Consult an orthopedic specialist or physical therapist to address underlying causes of back pain. 2. Maintain good posture, take regular breaks, and stretch while sitting. 3. Consider exercises strengthening your core and back muscles. Discuss Shelcal 500 mg with your doctor, and follow their guidance.
