I've been dealing with an issue where I keep getting red rashes and occasionally white shiny patches on my penis. The skin sometimes gets moist, and I notice a thick white substance under the foreskin. Along with this, there's itching and a burning sensation. I've been using candid b cream, and it works for a while, but the problem comes back after about a month. I even tried taking some antibacterial tablets for a week, but nothing seems to make it go away for good. This has been going on for like 5 or 6 years now, and I'm really not sure what to do next. Any advice?

Recurring genital candidiasis (thrush) for 5-6 years indicates a chronic condition. Candid B cream provides temporary relief, but the infection persists.

Consider the Following

  1. Antifungal resistance: The fungus might be resistant to Candid B cream.
  2. Underlying health conditions: Diabetes, weakened immune system, or other health issues might contribute to the recurring infection.
  3. Poor hygiene or moisture: Trapped moisture under the foreskin or other skin folds can exacerbate the infection.

Recommended Next Steps

  1. Consult a urologist or dermatologist: Get a proper diagnosis and guidance on treatment.
  2. Culture test: A culture test can help identify the underlying cause of the infection.
  3. Prescription medication: Your doctor might prescribe stronger antifungal medication or a combination of medications.
  4. Improve hygiene and moisture management: Keep the genital area clean and dry, and avoid sharing personal care items.

I've been dealing with severe pigmentation on my hands and neck, and I'm really struggling to find something that works long-term. Initially, I tried using Glyaha Koj with Diprovate, and it seemed to help, but once I stopped, the discoloration came right back. Then I moved on to using Melacare and Skinlite, but unfortunately, they didn't make much of a difference. I'm now wondering if chemical peels could be a solution here. Do you think they might help with this stubborn pigmentation?

Chemical peels containing ingredients like glycolic acid, salicylic acid, or trichloroacetic acid can help in reducing pigmentation and improving skin tone. It is important to consult a dermatologist to determine the most suitable type and strength of chemical peel for your skin type and pigmentation severity. One commonly used chemical peel for pigmentation is Cosmelan. It is a depigmentation treatment that helps to reduce melanin production and lighten dark spots. The treatment involves applying the Cosmelan mask in the clinic and then following a specific at-home care regimen. For your severe pigmentation concern on hands and neck, a series of chemical peel sessions may be recommended, typically spaced a few weeks apart. It is important to follow post-peel care instructions diligently, including sun protection, to achieve the best results and prevent further pigmentation. Always consult with a dermatologist before starting any new treatment to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your skin condition.

I'm really struggling with ringworm on my stomach, both thighs, and face. I've tried so many medicines like Hydil, Allegra, Terbinaforce cream, and Nuforce GM cream, but nothing seems to be working. I'm feeling kinda lost and worried. Do you have any advice or ideas on what I could try next?

That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.
