I've been dealing with this issue for years nowwhen my penis is erect, the foreskin just won't retract, and it's super painful if I try to pull it back. Can you give me some advice on what might be going on?

Daflon (Diosmin) is typically used to treat hemorrhoids and chronic venous insufficiency.
If your hemorrhoids recur, you can take Daflon again, but consult your doctor first.
The usual dosage is 1 tablet (450-500 mg) twice a day, taken during meals.
Precautions:
- Inform your doctor about any underlying medical conditions, such as kidney or liver disease.
- Monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar levels while taking Daflon.
- Avoid taking Daflon with other medications that may interact with it, such as blood thinners.
Always follow your doctor's advice and the recommended dosage.

View allI have an 18mm stone in my renal tube but haven't had any issues for a year can it be treated with just medicine or is surgery necessary? How safe is surgery and what would you recommend in my case?
Kidney stones should be removed by surgery if they cause repeated infections in the urine or because they are blocking the flow of urine from the kidney. Today, surgery usually involves small or no incisions (cuts), minor pain and minimal time off work.

I've had a hernia on the left side of my groin for a while, and recently noticed my spermatocele in the upper scrotum has gotten bigger. The hernia has been a bit painful the last few days, and the spermatocele seems to have grown around the same time. Could the hernia be causing the spermatocele to increase in size? If I get hernia surgery, will that help with the spermatocele too? Are there any non-surgical treatments for spermatocele that might help?

I'm having this issue where every time I drink milk, about 10 or 20 minutes later, I have to pee and then it's like every 10 minutes after that, I feel this really strong urge to go again, sometimes like 3 or 4 times. It's pretty intense and I'm not sure if it's normal. Could this be something to worry about?
Your symptoms of frequent urination with full pressure after consuming milk may indicate lactose intolerance, as the body is unable to digest lactose, leading to increased water absorption and urine production; ry reducing or avoiding lactose-containing products or switching to lactose-free or low-lactose alternatives.
