I've been dealing with jock itch for about two weeks now and I've been trying a bunch of things like creams and even anti-dandruff shampoo. I read somewhere that castor oil could help, so I started applying it before bed and washing it off in the morning. But one time, I used it after my morning bath and forgot to reapply it at night. By the next day, I noticed the oil had dried, there was some black dead skin that came off easily, and the rash seemed a bit smaller. Does this mean that the castor oil is just working really slowly, or should I be trying something else?

Try using an antifungal cream like Lotrimin Ultra twice a day on the affected area to help clear up the infection faster. Remember to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation.

I've got this melamine pigmentation issue right above my upper lip, and it's making that area look darker than the rest of my face. I tried using HH lite cream for a while, but after about 23 days, I noticed my skin there got reddish and swollen. Do you know of any other creams that might help without causing these problems? Also, I've got mixed skin, and every time I put on sunscreen, I start sweating a lot, leaving my face looking really oily and dark. Do you have any suggestions that could help out with both of these issues?

My mom has had a skin issue on her heel for the last two years. It usually doesn't hurt but gets itchy, and if there's a cut in that area, it starts to pain. We've tried treatments before, but nothing worked. Now that we're in Mumbai, I'm hoping to find a good dermatologist who can help without suggesting surgery. Most of the ones I've seen here focus on anti-aging or cosmetic procedures. Can you recommend someone who specializes in skin conditions like this? I've attached pictures of the affected area.
