I've been dealing with this jock rash and tried putting vinegar on it, but now my skin's peeling. Should I be worried about this reaction? Is there something else I should do to make it better?

View allI've been using ELOSONE HT Cream for over three months and saw a real improvement in my skin color. But then I began to get pimples, and they left black marks that started spreading, so I stopped using the cream. Now, my face seems to be darkening really quickly. I'm worried and wondering if I should start using the cream again or try something else. What do you think?
-It's best to avoid using ELOSONE HT Cream without a doctor's guidance, as it can cause side effects like skin darkening and pimples. I recommend consulting a dermatologist to assess your skin and recommend the best treatment for your concerns.
