I've been dealing with a lot of acne lately, and my skin's gotten really oily. I've been using Clincitop cream, along with a Lotus tea tree face wash and Oriflame tea tree moisturizer. I'm really hoping to clear up these pimples and the marks they leave behind, plus I'd love to get rid of this oily skin. Could you please guide me on what to do?

I've been dealing with this pitryasis rosea thing since last week. The doctor said it might take a few months to clear up and gave me some mild soap and lotion. But now the first rashes are turning brown and feel bumpy and scaly. It's like I can feel them raised on my skin. They look really bad, and it doesn't seem like they're going away anytime soon.
