I've been dealing with a lot of white mucus coming from my nose in the mornings and I've had trouble breathing. Its been going on for about two months now, and when I sleep, I hear a soft noise in my throat. A few doctors have mentioned that it might be the beginning stages of asthma. Could you guide me on how to handle this situation? I'm really concerned and looking for some advice.

I'm dealing with a blocked nose and a cough that I've had for a few days, but now I'm noticing some blood in my cough. Should I be concerned about this, and what type of doctor should I see?

It could be due to various reasons such as a respiratory infection, bronchitis, or even more serious conditions like pneumonia or tuberculosis. I recommend you to consult a Pulmonologist for further evaluation and management.

I've noticed that I tend to not breathe properly when I'm not consciously focusing on my breath. It's like I realize after a few minutes that I wasn't breathing at all. Sometimes it even happens at night during sleep, and I'll wake up suddenly. I've been trying deep breathing pranayam exercises to help, but I'm really curious and a bit worried about why this might be happening. Could you provide some guidance on what might be going on?

What does it mean if right pleural thickening shows up in medical tests, like during GCC medicals? I had an x-ray done on my own, and the radiologist didn't see an issue, but another one mentioned I could go for more scans although they didn't expect anything serious to turn up. What could be causing this, and is it something that can be fully treated?

Pleural thickening is common and is due previos infection.if you have no symptoms you can completely ignore it will self heal
