I've been dealing with oily skin and acne for a while now, and it always seems to leave scars behind. On top of that, I had pox a couple of years ago, and that also left scars. I'm really hoping to find a way to get rid of these scars. What can I do?

For acne and pox scars, consider using a gentle exfoliating routine with salicylic acid, and incorporate products containing vitamin C and retinoids to help fade scars. If the scars persist, a consultation with a dermatologist for treatments like chemical peels or microneedling might be beneficial.

I'm dealing with a dressing issue and could really use some advice. I have a wound dressing made using cotton dipped in povidone iodine solution, and it's stuck pretty firmly to the wound. It's been tough trying to remove it without causing any harm or pain. Do you have any suggestions on how I can safely take it off? I'm really worried about this and want to make sure I don't aggravate my wound further.

I'm a little confused about the instructions my dermatologist gave me. They told me to apply 1ml of minoxidil once a day at night, but I thought the usual dosage was 2 ml, like once in the morning and once at night. I'm wondering if this is right or if maybe there was a mistake. Could you help me understand what's going on?

I've been dealing with a vitamin D deficiency and I'm taking uprise D3 60k once a week for it. Lately, I've noticed I'm losing a lot of hair and it's not growing back properly. What should I do about this? Can I take a biotin supplement to help? If so, what's a good one to consider?

*Addressing Hair Loss with Vitamin D Deficiency* 1. *Consult your doctor*: Before adding biotin supplements to your routine. 2. *Recommended biotin dosage*: 2,500-3,000 mcg per day. 3. *Best biotin supplements*: Nature's Bounty Biotin, Garden of Life RAW Biotin, or Jarrow Formulas Biotin. *Additional Tips for Hair Growth* 1. *Maintain a balanced diet*: Focus on whole foods rich in vitamins and minerals. 2. *Reduce stress*: Engage in stress-reducing activities like meditation or yoga. 3. *Use gentle hair care products*: Choose sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners.
