I've been dealing with para phimosis, and it's got me worried about whether I'm leaking inside my wife's vagina during sex. Even after we're done, I notice some leaking. Could this affect her chances of getting pregnant? I'm also pretty anxious about the idea of getting circumcised. What should I do?

I'm worried about whether I might have Frenulum breve. I can't fully retract my foreskin when my penis is erect, but I can do it when it's semi-erect or flaccid. Is that enough reason to think I have this condition?

My 71-year-old father was diagnosed with prostate cancer after a biopsy showed grade 24. The doctor recommended removing his prostate gland and testis, but he's currently taking homeopathic medicine like sabal serulata 200. Is surgery really necessary at this stage, or can his condition be managed with medicines? We're open to homeopathy, Ayurveda, herbal treatments, or even combining them with allopathy if it helps avoid surgery.

yes surgery is advised

Is there any negative impact of masturbation on sexual health? Also, would it be okay if I masturbate around 5-6 times a week? I'm getting married soon, and I'm a bit worried about the size of my penis. Could you let me know what the average size is?

The typical erect penis is usually 5 to 6 inches long with a circumference of 4 to 5 inches.Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities
