I've been dealing with a persistent fungal infection for the past three months and nothing seems to work. I've tried loads of medicines, Patanjali products, Candid dusting powder, and even coconut oil, plus all sorts of advice from different people. Sometimes it clears up a bit, but then the itching and growth come back. I'm really at my wit's end with this. I went to see a skin specialist too, but the meds haven't helped at all in the last two months. Can you offer some advice or alternatives I can try? Its getting really frustrating.

Try a combination therapy of oral antifungal medication along with topical antifungal cream. You can start by taking Tab Terbinafine 250mg once daily for 4-6 weeks along with applying Clotrimazole cream twice daily on the affected area. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry, and avoid wearing tight clothing. If there is no improvement or if the infection worsens, please follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.

View allI have a red rash all over my back and shoulders. They're super itchy and some are pretty painful. I've been trying Dermi Cool powder, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Can you help me out with this?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I had some fish earlier and then drank buttermilk about an hour later. Now, my dad mentioned that combining the two might lead to skin issues. I'm kind of worried since I already had the buttermilk. Is there something I can do to prevent any skin problems, or is there anything I should be on the lookout for?
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that simultaneous intake of milk and fish is harmful to the body or skin in any way.

I'm curious about the safety of using EGA cream compared to Procorrect cream. Do these creams have the same ingredients, and are they both used for treating acne and aging? I'm just wondering because I've seen both recommended for these issues, and I want to make sure I'm choosing the right one. Could you shed some light on this?
You can use either, better to visit Dermatologist for approrpriate management
