I've been dealing with pharyngitis for the past eight months and I've been taking EsogressL and Esogress 40. But now for the last month, even small tasks are making me feel breathless. I'm 163cm tall and weigh 73kg. What might be causing this and what should I do?

I've been dealing with a sore throat for the last month and a half, and I've noticed these red bumps at the back of my throat. It feels like something's stuck there every time I swallow. Plus, there's some weird growth of flesh on both sides of my tonsils. What's going on here?
It sounds like you may be experiencing chronic tonsillitis with the symptoms you described. I recommend you start with a course of antibiotics to help clear the infection. You can take Amoxicillin 500mg three times a day for 7-10 days. Additionally, you can use throat lozenges like Strepsils to help soothe your throat. It's important to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest to help your body fight off the infection. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation.
