I've been dealing with pharyngitis for the past eight months and I've been taking EsogressL and Esogress 40. But now for the last month, even small tasks are making me feel breathless. I'm 163cm tall and weigh 73kg. What might be causing this and what should I do?

View allI've been having a sore throat for about three weeks, along with ear pain and swelling on one side of my neck. I've also got tonsil stones, super dry mouth, and I noticed red bumps at the back of my throat and on my tongue. Theres a bit of thrush too. Could all of this be related to candida?
It looks like acute tonsillitis with pharyngitis.

I've been dealing with something really annoying for a few months now. My throat just keeps producing phlegm nonstop, and it forces me to cough to clear it out. Its usually dark green in the morning and turns green during the day. Ive already seen three different doctors and tried antibiotics and other stuff, but nothing seems to help. What could be going on, and what should I do next?

I've been dealing with a lot of earwax in my right ear, and after seeing a doctor, they gave me ear drops for 10 days specifically for that ear. In September, they used micro suction to clear it out, which was fine at first, but now I notice this constant 'teeee' tinnitus sound in my right ear. It was really faint at first, but now, in late October, it's become a lot more noticeable, especially when I'm in a quiet place or trying to sleep. I'm worriedis this something that will go away on its own, or could it be due to some kind of injury from the procedure? Also, should I be taking any specific medicine to help with this? Its only happening in the ear where the wax was removed, and I didnt have this issue right after the procedure. What do you think?
That needs evaluation cant be adviced with this history visit your doctor for further rvaluation.
