I've been dealing with piles for the last 3 months where this vein-like thing keeps coming out when I go to the bathroom and I have to push it back in. Surgery isn't an option for me are there any tablets or sprays that can help shrink this thing so it stops popping out?

It's been about 2.5 months since my laser piles surgery, but the swollen veins near my anus haven't fully gone down yet. My doctor says everything's fine, but I'm still worried should I be concerned? Is this normal healing time?
It may take time to subside completely, do continue sitz bath 3 times daily and visit once to surgeon for further management
