I've been dealing with piles for the last 3 months where this vein-like thing keeps coming out when I go to the bathroom and I have to push it back in. Surgery isn't an option for me are there any tablets or sprays that can help shrink this thing so it stops popping out?

View allI'm scheduled for surgery next week for 4th-grade piles, and I'm a bit nervous. My main concern is post-surgerywill I be able to sit comfortably during the five-hour drive home from the hospital?
After piles surgery, it's generally recommended to avoid prolonged sitting (more than 30-45 minutes) for 2-3 weeks to reduce swelling and promote healing; since you have a 5-hour journey home, consider the following: break the journey into smaller segments with regular breaks (every 1-2 hours) to stretch, walk, and rest; use a doughnut-shaped cushion or a pillow to reduce pressure on the surgical site; and follow your surgeon's specific post-operative instructions regarding travel and activity.

I'm noticing that near the opening of my anus, there's this extra piece of skin hanging out, kind of like a small bulb. It's not painful, but it's really noticeable and seems larger than a small piece of skin should be. I'm a bit worried about what this could be and wondering if it's something I should be concerned about. Can you provide any insights on what this might be and if I should have it checked out?
it is external pile mass consult surgeon
