I've been dealing with pimples and my friend told me about an ointment called Clearwin. I'm wondering if it's safe to try it out, or if there could be any side effects I should worry about?

I've got these itchy rashes on my face from a reaction to a cream I used, and even though I stopped using it, the rash keeps coming back. My doctor had me try betamethasone cream, and it helps while I'm using it, but as soon as I stop, the rash returns. What do you think is causing this, and is there anything else I can do to stop it from coming back for good?
no you cannot
