I've been dealing with pimples on my penis, testicles, and the area around them for about a month. It's really uncomfortable and gets worse at night, which makes it hard for me to sleep or focus on my studies. Can you help me figure out what's going on and how to treat it?

View allI'm really worried about these rashes on my hands and legs. The ones on my hands are between my elbow and shoulder, and they kind of look like pimples, but the ones on my legs are circular. Plus, there's so much itching going on. What could this be, and how should I treat it?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I've been dealing with dark patches on my inner thighs for about five years now. Theyre really noticeable because there's not much of a gap between my legs, so they rub together and even against my testis when I walk. It's pretty embarrassing, and I'm worried about whether there's anything I can do to lighten the skin or prevent this from happening. Is there something specific causing this, or any treatment youd recommend?
Lulican cream for local application for atleast 2 weeks is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with eczema on my right leg since 2011, and it's been really frustrating. It itches all the time and the scratching has left these dark, patchy marks that just won't go away. It's dry eczema, and as far as I know, I'm not allergic to anything, so I'm really puzzled about what's causing it. It's only on my leg, and steroids and moisturizers haven't been helping at all. What can I do to cure it?
get a patch test doenfor identifying the allergen, vist Dermatologist for the same
