I've been dealing with a pretty rough cough for about a week now, and it's been really productive. On top of that, I've had this severe cold for about five days. I took Azithromycin and Monteleukast, but I'm not sure if they're helping. Should I be worried, or do I just need to give it more time? What should I do next?

If Azithromycin didn't work you have to get Sputum for Culture sensitivity done and use appropriate antibiotic done.

View allI've been experiencing shortness of breath for about 23 months now. When I talk for a while or have a conversation, I start struggling to breathe and sometimes get a pain in the middle of my chest. On occasion, I deal with a dry cough and my throat dries out. I even find it uncomfortable to wear tight clothing because it feels restrictive. Breathing sometimes causes pain in my back or chest. Last month, I had a stomach infection and took antibiotics for it. I saw a doctor who mentioned that these might be early asthma symptoms and prescribed Livolin, but it hasn't really helped. My chest X-ray was clear, but my lung function test showed its a bit off. What should I do now?
spirometry, methacholine challenge test
