I've been dealing with this rash on my butt for about 2-3 months and I'm not sure what's causing it or how to get rid of it. For the rash on your butt, you can try using a topical antifungal cream like Clotrimazole (Canesten) twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine (Zyrtec) 10mg once daily to help with itching. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent further irritation.
