I've been dealing with a really bad headache for a while now, along with dizziness, nausea, and fatigue. My belly button pain is getting worse and I can't stretch or bend without discomfort. I haven't had any surgeries and usually eat healthy with no junk food. What could be causing this sudden pain around just my belly button area?
Could be hernia, umbilical granuloma, or muscle strain—get abdominal USG and consult a general surgeon.
