I've been dealing with really frequent colds and sneezing fits, like, a couple of times a week, and it usually sticks around for a day or two. I'm also managing asthma with a beclate inhaler. Any idea on how I can get this under control?

I'm feeling okay during the day, but as soon as it gets cold, I start sneezing, and my nose gets blocked. Then my ears and the back of my throat itch a lot, and it just gets really irritating. Could this be some kind of cold weather allergy? What can I do about it?
