I've been dealing with really intense pain every month, and I usually rely on Maftal Spas tablets to help manage it. But honestly, even with the medication, it still hurts a lot. Is there any way to reduce or even minimize the pain? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

View allI'm a bit concerned after our 29-week anomaly scan showed a collapsed fetal stomach. Everything seemed normal during the NT scan, so I'm wondering if this is something to be worried about. Could you provide some guidance or insight on this?
At 29 weeks, a collapsed fetal stomach can be transient, but monitoring is essential. Consult your obstetrician for personalized guidance. Typically, follow-up ultrasounds at 32-34 weeks and regular fetal movement tracking alleviate concerns. Review the ultrasound report and growth charts

A 5cm PCOS-related cyst can be monitored; weight loss, metformin, and hormone balancing may help avoid surgery.
