I've been dealing with really intense pain every month, and I usually rely on Maftal Spas tablets to help manage it. But honestly, even with the medication, it still hurts a lot. Is there any way to reduce or even minimize the pain? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

My last period was on December 23rd, so I'm really confused about why this is happening. Could you help me figure out what might be going on?
