I've been dealing with really intense pain every month, and I usually rely on Maftal Spas tablets to help manage it. But honestly, even with the medication, it still hurts a lot. Is there any way to reduce or even minimize the pain? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

View allI've been dealing with this horrible pain for a couple of hours now, it's in my lower abdomen on the side away from my appendix. It's really strange because when I'm lying down, it doesn't bother me, but walking is super painful and sitting up is just unbearable. What could be causing this?
It sounds like you may be experiencing an issue with your ovary, bowel, or urinary tract, possibly an ovarian cyst, infection, or even diverticulitis. Please see a doctor immediately for evaluation, as this pain requires urgent attention. Rest and avoid straining in the meantime.

I'm a bit concerned after my recent ultrasound scans. At 4 weeks and 3 days, the yolk sac was present, but there was no fetal pole. Then, in the second scan at 6 weeks and 4 days, neither the yolk sac nor the fetal pole was visible. Plus, I'm not experiencing any pregnancy symptoms. Is this something normal, or should I be worried?
Its understandable to be concerned, but its not uncommon for early ultrasounds to show no fetal pole or yolk sac, especially if conception occurred later than expected. However, the absence of a fetal pole at 6 weeks could suggest a possible miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. It's important to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and guidance.

My sister has two large fibroids in her uterus and doctors have recommended laparoscopy surgery, saying it might be a critical case. We're looking for the best laparoscopy surgeon but we're from Chhattisgarh, so traveling just for consultation is tough. Can you help with an estimated cost and suggest good options?
