I've been dealing with really painful pimples on my face and I think they show up after I eat curd with my meals. It's been happening a lot lately, and I'm pretty concerned. Could the curd be the cause of my breakouts? I'd really appreciate any advice or insight into what's going on.

I got my nose pierced about two weeks ago, and now there's a bump forming inside my nose. I'm pretty worried about it and wondering what it could be. Can you help me figure out how to deal with this bump?
Nose ring is the source so remove it and then take consultation, it looks infected preferably physical consultation
