I've been dealing with really painful pimples on my face and I think they show up after I eat curd with my meals. It's been happening a lot lately, and I'm pretty concerned. Could the curd be the cause of my breakouts? I'd really appreciate any advice or insight into what's going on.

View allI'm really worried because I'm experiencing significant hair fall and dandruff, and I'm not sure what to do about it. I've also noticed that some strands have turned white. I've heard about Livon hair tonic being helpful, but I'm not entirely sure if it's the right choice. Could you please guide me on how to stop the hair fall and possibly regrow my hair?

I'm having this skin itching around my leg area and sometimes it even feels like it's burning a bit. I've tried using itch guard and tetmosol total, but it seems to be getting worse instead of better. It all started in the summer. Could there be a reason why these symptoms keep increasing even with treatment? Any advice on what might help or if I should be checking for something specific?
