I've been dealing with a really persistent ringworm infection for about a year now. I've seen a few dermatologists and the treatments they gave me worked while I was taking them, but as soon as I finished the course, the infection just came right back. I've tried using ointments like Terbifine and Onabet, and more recently, Dk gel, Nailrox cream, and tablets like Itaspor and Xyzal. I even used Absorbz soap. I used everything as prescribed up to last month, but here I am again, facing the same itching and rashes. Is there any way to get rid of this permanently?

I'm really struggling with these colloid milia around my eyes. I've had them since 4th grade, and they make me feel self-conscious because they look so bad. Do you have any advice on how I can get rid of them?

Colloid milia are small, yellowish or white bumps that can appear around the eyes. _Causes_ 1. Keratin buildup 2. Sun exposure 3. Genetics 4. Aging _Removing Colloid Milia_ 1. *Professional extraction*: Consult a dermatologist for safe removal. 2. *Topical retinoids*: Derivatives of vitamin A can help prevent clogged pores. 3. *Exfoliation*: Gentle exfoliants containing alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs) can help remove dead skin cells. 4. *Sun protection*: Wear sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to prevent further damage. _Home Remedies (not recommended as sole treatment)_ 1. *Castor oil*: May help reduce inflammation. 2. *Aloe vera*: Soothes skin and reduces inflammation. 3. *Tea tree oil*: Has antibacterial properties, but use with caution due to potential skin irritation.

I've been dealing with perioral hyperpigmentation on my cheeks, and it turns out my sister has the same issue. My doctor suggested I use Kozilite H cream with hydroquinone 2%. Do you think it's safe for my face, and how long should I stick with this treatment? Also, I've had really dark circles since I was a kid, so it's kind of a heredity thing. I don't want to put any hydroquinone cream around my eyes. Could you recommend a good, non-irritating under-eye cream to help reduce them?

1. Hydroquinone 2% is generally safe for short-term use (3-6 months) on the face, but prolonged use can lead to ochronosis, skin thinning, or rebound hyperpigmentation; use Kozilite-H cream as directed by your doctor, and monitor for any adverse effects. 2. For dark circles, consider a non-irritating, hydroquinone-free under-eye cream containing ingredients like caffeine, peptides, vitamin K, or niacinamide; some good options include Kama Ayurveda Under Eye Cream, La Roche-Posay Pigmentclar Eye Cream, or Olay Eyes Deep Hydrating Eye Gel.

I've been trying out this NoFap challenge, where guys basically stop watching porn and don't masturbate. I've noticed some great benefits but I'm curious if there are any side effects from not masturbating or ejaculating for a long time. Should I be worried about anything?
