I've been dealing with this really unpleasant smell coming from my throat for the past six years. It's not constant, but I notice this bad smell sometimes moving from my throat to my nose. I'm feeling worried about what might be causing it. Could you help me understand what's going on and how I might be able to fix it?

The bad smell youre experiencing could be related to a variety of conditions, including sinus issues, tonsil problems, or oral health concerns. Improving your oral hygiene, staying hydrated, and addressing potential underlying conditions like post-nasal drip or GERD may help alleviate the issue. If it persists or worsens, a visit to an ENT specialist or dentist is a good next step to pinpoint the exact cause and determine the best course of treatment.

I'm feeling a bit concerned because a long time ago, I got a piece of paper stuck in my left ear, and I thought it might have dissolved into earwax over the years. A few months back, I went to the doctor, and their assistant only removed some wax and prescribed some medicines. Lately, it feels like that paper might still be lodged in there, and I'm also experiencing tinnitus. Is there a way to check and remove this without using syringing? Im not too keen on syringing because Im doubtful of its effectiveness. What would you recommend?
Foreign body won't last this long in your ear canal,as you say you have doubt, visit ENT doctor and otoscopy done ,for evaluation and appropriate management

What are the best treatments for pinodinal sinus that don't involve surgery? I really want to avoid surgery if possible are there other ways to cure it completely?
Yes, several non-surgical treatments can effectively manage pilonidal sinus and potentially achieve a cure, especially in early stages or with proper management.
