I've been dealing with recurrent sinusitis for a year now, with nasal blockage and fever, but it's gotten worse over the last 4 months. I wake up with snoring, a blocked nose, and yellow discharge, plus constant low-grade fever. I had nose surgery 3 years ago for a bone growth causing obstruction, which helped a little back then. I've tried antibiotics, steroids, homeopathy, and ayurveda, but nothing has fully fixed it. A recent X-ray showed bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy and maxillary sinusitis. What's the best solution to stop the blockages and prevent this from coming back?

I've been dealing with frequent sinusitis that keeps coming back, and it's causing pain and sensitivity in my upper left teeth. Antibiotics help for a bit, but the issue returns after a few days. Could this be linked to something specific? I've attached images of my nostrils do you think surgery might be necessary, and if so, what would the cost look like?

I've been waking up with my right ear feeling blocked and kinda wet for the past three days. There's this ringing sound in that ear that sticks around all day, which is really starting to bug me. Could you help me figure out what's going on with it?

For dry sinusitis, consider: - Nasal moisturizers: Nasogel, Rhinocort Aqua, or Simply Saline - Humidifiers to add moisture to the air - Increase saline spray usage to 3-4 times a day For swelling and congestion: - Consult an ENT specialist for a proper examination - Consider prescription medications like nasal corticosteroids - Otrivin can be used as needed, but follow usage guidelines Maintain good nasal hygiene and consult your doctor for personalized guidance.
