I've been dealing with ringworm for over two months now, and I'm really worried. I've got some Dazit tablets and Itzzh Livafin cream, and I've also read about using Mupin. Is it safe to use these all together? Do you think this combo could help me get rid of it finally? I'm really concerned and would love some guidance on this.

I'm 25 and I've noticed these two yellowish deposits near my right eye. I'm pretty sure they're called xanthelasma. I'm a bit worried and just want to know what these are exactly and how I might be able to get rid of them. Are there any effective treatments or procedures I should consider? Any advice would really help!

Xanthelasma can be treated with the help of topical medications containing trichloroacetic acid or chemical peels. In some cases, cryotherapy or laser therapy may be recommended to remove the deposits. It is important to consult a dermatologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

I'm looking for a minoxidil product at 5% strength that doesn't have alcohol or propylene glycol. The one I'm using right now is in lotion form, but it's causing some really bad itching. Do you have any recommendations for something else I could try?

-You can try a *minoxidil 5% foam* instead of lotion, as its alcohol- and propylene glycol-free, reducing the chances of itching. If irritation persists, consult a dermatologist for alternatives.
