I've been dealing with sinusitis for 7 years and medicines just make me dependent. A doctor suggested endoscopic surgery but it feels too extreme. Are there any natural remedies that actually work for long-term relief?

View allI've been dealing with a blocked nose for the past two weeks and got a CT scan done. I've attached the report do you think I might need surgery for this? What would you suggest based on the findings?
Without seeing the CT scan, it’s hard to determine if surgery is required. Often, nasal obstruction can be treated with medication or a procedure, but surgery is considered only if there's a structural issue like a deviated septum.
