I've been dealing with sinusitis for a while now, and it's making my head feel heavy all the time. The snoring is getting worse too, and it's really bothering people around me. Is there a way to permanently fix the snoring and headaches without surgery?

View allI'm dealing with a blocked right ear due to wax buildup and I'm not sure what to do. I've got these small packets of Sodium Chloride Injection 0.9 with me, but I'm unsure if they're safe to use as ear drops for this. The label says it's a sterile isotonic solution of sodium chloride in water for injections, with a pH of 4.5 to 7.0 and no preservatives. Is it okay to use this on my ear, or should I look for something else?
Yes youcan use it no problem

Could this sneezing issue be because of a deviation in my nasal septum? When I tilt my head up, I can spot the deviation pretty easily. What do you think?
