I've been dealing with some hair fall issues and saw a doctor who recommended Kz lotion and Recute hair oil. While the hair fall has reduced, I'm not really seeing any new hair growth. My hair still feels pretty weak. I've heard about using egg masks for hairare they actually good? Also, are there any foods that can help with hair growth? I'm really hoping to get my hair strong and thick. Any suggestions?

Minoxidil is known to stimulate hair growth and improve hair thickness. You can apply it to the scalp twice daily. Additionally, you can continue using the Kz lotion and Recute hair oil as prescribed by your doctor. Egg mask can be beneficial for hair as it is rich in proteins and nutrients that can nourish the hair follicles.

View allI'm curious if using a ready-made Aloe Vera Gel mixed with Vitamin E is a good idea for lightening the dark patches on my face. I've been advised by a doctor on Practo to use SPF 30 for extra protection, but I'm wondering if this Aloe Vera and Vitamin E mix might be beneficial for my skin concerns. What do you think?
Aloe vera gel and vitamin E can be a good combination to help reduce dark patches on the face. Here's why: 1. Aloe vera gel has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can help soothe and calm the skin, reducing redness and irritation. 2. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that can help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals, which can contribute to dark patches. 3. Vitamin E also has skin-lightening properties, which can help reduce the appearance of dark patches. However, keep in mind: - It's essential to choose a readymade aloe vera gel that is pure and free of harsh chemicals. - Vitamin E can be quite thick, so you may want to mix it with a few drops of a carrier oil like coconut or jojoba oil to make it easier to apply. - Always do a patch test before applying any new skincare mixture to your face to ensure you don't have any sensitivity or allergic reactions. - Consistency is key! Apply the mixture regularly, ideally once or twice a day, and be patient as it may take some time to see results. Remember to consult with a dermatologist if the dark patches persist or worsen. They can provide personalized advice and help you identify the underlying cause of the dark patches. Also, don't forget to use SPF 30 as recommended by your doctor to protect your skin from further damage!

I've been dealing with acne and my doctor prescribed Tretin ISO 10mg capsules along with Acnelack face wash. I've heard a lot about the AHA Glow face wash though and I'm wondering which one would be better for my skin. Should I stick with Acnelack or try AHA Glow instead? I want to make sure I'm using the best option to help clear up my acne.

I've noticed some dents or shallow holes on my pinky finger of the left hand and the index finger of the right hand. I was trimming my nails when I first saw them, and after looking it up, I found a term called nail pitting, which is linked to psoriasis and other skin conditions. This has really worried me because I don't have any skin disease or joint pain. Could this be nail pitting or something else entirely? I also have tiny dots on two other nails, but there's only one per nail, and they're not as noticeable as on the pinky and index. The online pictures of nail pitting show nails with lots of deep holes and no shine, which looks scary. My nails still look pretty shiny and not as extreme. Can you help clarify what might be going on here?
Nail pitting is associated with lot of conditions like u mentioned psoriasis etc also most common cause is alopecia.
