Question
I've been dealing with some health issues lately and I'm getting pretty concerned. I'm 28 and moved to Bangalore about a year ago. I was diagnosed with Acute Urticaria back in July 2017, and it was manageable with medicine. But then, around May or June this year, I started noticing asthma-like symptoms creeping in, and now theyre happening all the time. The smallest amount of dust sets it off, or if the AC is turned off at work or home. Even laughing, which I used to do a lot, or sneezing, or talking fast triggers an episode. I've had heartburn a lot too and it seems to be linked to the asthma. I use Asthalin to help with the severe episodes. For the last couple of weeks, I've been waking up after only about 3 hours of sleep because I can't breathe well. I'm really worried about my health getting worse, so I'm wondering if there's any way to cure this. Any advice would be really appreciated.
