I've been dealing with some itching around my bikini lines, and I've tried using itch guard cream and candid dusting powder, which seem to help at first, but the problem keeps coming back in the same spot. Now I've also developed a ringworm on my thighs. What should I do about this?

I've gone through a couple of PRP sessions, but my hair fall still isn't under control. It even looks worse now. How long does it usually take for PRP to start showing results in terms of controlling hair fall and promoting regrowth?

PRP (Platelet-rich Plasma) therapy typically requires 3-6 sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart, to achieve optimal results, and it may take 6-12 months to notice significant hair regrowth and reduction in hair fall, but individual responses vary, so consult your doctor to reassess and adjust your treatment plan, and consider combining PRP with other hair loss treatments, such as minoxidil or low-level laser therapy, for enhanced efficacy

I've had CO2 laser treatments done twice for molluscum contagiosum, but it just won't go away. What else can I try to stop it from coming back?

Recurrence of molluscum contagiosum after CO2 laser treatment can be frustrating. To help prevent further recurrence, I recommend using Imiquimod cream (brand name Aldara) topically on the affected areas once daily at bedtime for up to 16 weeks. Additionally, you can take oral antiviral medication such as Cimetidine (brand name Tagamet) 400mg twice daily for 6-8 weeks to boost your immune system's response against the virus. Make sure to follow up with your dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
