I've been dealing with some mild pain in my lower abdomen on both sides for the past few weeks, and I'm getting a bit worried. Plus, there's this extra skin forming on the tip of my anus over the last couple of months, and it's slowly getting bigger. On top of that, I've noticed some muscle lumps in other parts of my body for about two years now, although they haven't grown. I'm concerned about what might be going on and would love to get your thoughts.

Fluka 150 (Fluconazole) TDS for 5 Days
Fluconazole is an antifungal medication
Taking Fluka 150 TDS (thrice a day) for 5 days:
- Increased dosage: Taking Fluka 150 TDS is a higher dosage than the earlier advised once-a-week regimen.
- Short-term use: This regimen is for a short duration (5 days), which is likely intended to aggressively treat a fungal infection.
- Monitoring necessary: Your doctor will likely monitor you for potential side effects, such as liver enzyme changes or interactions with other medications.
Important
- Adhere to the prescribed regimen: Complete the full 5-day course as directed by your doctor.
- Report any concerns or side effects: Inform your doctor if you experience any adverse effects or concerns during or after treatment.

View allI'm having some concerns and need advice. Yesterday morning, I took an ascazin tab and since then I've been feeling bloated or like my belly is full even without eating. Could it be the ascazin tab causing this, or maybe it's related to the MMR vaccine? Later in the evening on the same day, I also started experiencing shortness of breath and feeling lightheaded. I'm really worried because I have no fever, cough, or cold. Can you help figure out what's going on with my stomach?

I had jaundice 3 months ago but recovered 2 months back. Now I'm having upper stomach pain again, tests showed bilirubin at 3.4 and an ultrasound found 6mm gallstones. The doctor recommended gallbladder surgery - is there any way to treat this without surgery? Can these stones dissolve on their own?

I've had piles since childhood and now at 22 I still get pain during bowel movements. Is this something that can be treated with medication or would I eventually need surgery?
For piles, medications like fiber supplements, stool softeners, or anti-inflammatory ointments can offer relief. However, if pain persists, surgery may be needed. Consult a colorectal surgeon for options.
