I've been dealing with some stomach issues lately, feeling really heavy and having a lot of gas and acidity whenever I eat. It's making me feel tired all over, with weakness, fatigue, and headaches. Also, for the past 25 days, my legs have been feeling weak and fatigued, especially when I'm trying to sleep at night.
