I've been dealing with some symptoms for a few months now, and it's starting to worry me. My heart races sometimes, I find myself short of breath, and occasionally my vision gets a bit blurry. I've also noticed a slight lack of balance and more frequent loose stools. I'm a 36-year-old female, 5'7" and 120 lbs. I try to keep active by walking a lot and exercising regularly. I quit smoking a few years back, but I consume more caffeine and sugar than I probably should. Generally, I think I eat pretty well. Should I be concerned about these symptoms? What could be causing them?

I'm really worried about my 37-year-old brother. He's been having this mild chest pain for a few months now, right in the heart area, and it sometimes radiates to his arms and back. I'm having chest pain for the past two years and have already done tests like HLA B27 by PCR, ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, and a CT Coronary Angiography. All the results have come back normal, but I'm still dealing with this left-sided chest pain. My recent blood tests show HS CRP is 9.7, Lipoprotein A is 35.09, SGOT is 70.9, SGPT is 88.4, and GGT is 80.9. Now my doctor wants me to do a 2D Echo with a GLS test. What do you think is going on? Is there something specific my doctor might be looking for with this new test?
