I've been dealing with some urinary problems and have been on SILOFAST D 8 for a year and a half now, but I'm not seeing any improvement. What should I do next? Could you suggest any other solutions or treatment options? I'm really hoping to find some relief from this issue.

my 11 year old son's foreskin doesn't pull back at all it's almost completely covering the head is this something that needs surgery or are there other options we can try first
