I've been dealing with some weird side effects from years of masturbating, like joint pain, weaker bones, hair fall, especially around my shoulders which feel weak, and fatigue, and even some pain in my lower back and abs. I stopped for a month, but this morning I had an episode in my sleep, and now I'm back to feeling weak with bone pain and fatigue. What should I do? Any advice would be really helpful right now.

It sounds like your body is reacting to the strain of frequent masturbation. It's important to listen to your body and give it time to recover. Focus on staying hydrated, eating nutrient-rich foods, and getting rest. If symptoms persist, consider speaking to a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

View allI'm having some issues with my ball sac; there are a few bumps I've noticed. It started with just one, which I tried to pop, and this hard calcium-like stuff came out, but the bump just got bigger after that. Now Im seeing a few more popping up. Any idea what could be causing this and how I can treat it?
It sounds like you may have developed sebaceous cysts or a similar skin condition on your scrotum. These bumps can occur when hair follicles or sebaceous glands become blocked. I recommend seeing a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and discuss treatment options, such as warm compresses, or in some cases, drainage or removal.

I'm feeling a light pain in my left testicle, and I noticed that there's some imbalance going on with my testicles. Could these be signs of a hernia?
Take over-the-counter pain medications... Over-the-counter painkillers such as paracetamol, can be used to relieve pain and swelling. ...Lie down on your back. ...Apply an ice pack to the area. ...Rest and avoid strenuous activities.... Especially avoid heavy weight lifting.... Provide support to the scrotum by wearing an athletic supporter.....While lying down, place a rolled towel under your scrotum.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your testis pain..... Consult Surgeon...
