I've been dealing with a stubborn fungal infection for about 7 or 8 months now. It just keeps coming back even after trying allopathy antifungals. I've noticed some small white spots on my penis foreskin, and I'm a bit worried about what they might be. I went to see a urologist, and he mentioned that it's not serious but might be related to dermatology. The thing is, it's hard to find a private dermatologist consultation around here. What could these spots be, and how should I go about getting them treated?

The small white spots on your penis foreskin could be a condition called Fordyce spots, which are harmless and do not require treatment. However, if you are concerned or if they are causing discomfort, you can visit a dermatologist for further evaluation. The dermatologist may prescribe a topical treatment such as Retin-A (tretinoin) cream to help reduce the appearance of the spots. It is important to follow the dermatologist's advice for proper management of the condition.

I've been experiencing severe hair loss lately and it's really worrying me. I did all sorts of blood tests and found out I have a vitamin D deficiency. My doctor suggested taking D Rise 60k, but I'm wondering if that's the only thing causing my hair loss. Should I consider seeing a homeopathic or Ayurvedic specialist for this? What else could be causing such drastic hair loss?
