I've been dealing with a sudden nose leak for the past two weeks. It typically happens when I bend or kneel my head. The stuff coming out of my nose is completely clear, almost like water. Could this be something serious? What might be causing it?

I'm feeling this odd needle-like pain on the left side of my throat. It's not like a regular sore throat, just barely noticeable. Should I be concerned about this or could it be something minor?
