I've been dealing with a sudden nose leak for the past two weeks. It typically happens when I bend or kneel my head. The stuff coming out of my nose is completely clear, almost like water. Could this be something serious? What might be causing it?

I have a hole in my eardrum and my doctor suggested surgery. Is surgery the right option for me? Will it help improve my hearing since I already have 30% hearing loss? I'm a bit nervous about whether it'll work or not.
Surgery helps close eardrum and improve hearing; outcomes depend on size of hole and nerve status—risk of no improvement is low if done properly.

I've been hearing this continuous beep in my right ear since yesterday evening, and it just won't stop, not even for a second. I tried using the ear drops you mentioned last night, but it didn't make a difference. I'm wondering what could be causing this and what steps I should take next. Im 30 and havent had any major medical issues or allergies before. Could you help me figure this out?
That could be ear effusion, practice valsalva manoeuvre u will feel relieved.
