I've been dealing with these dry coughs for a while now, and they just won't go away. They're not super intense, but they're definitely annoying. I don't have any other issues, just this pesky cough. I kinda hoped it would disappear on its own, but it doesn't seem to be happening. What do you think might be going on?

I've been dealing with acidity for a couple of years now, and lately, I've been noticing mucus in my throat and sometimes even shortness of breath. When I try to take a deep breath, I get dizzy and feel like my head is spinning. Could this be a sign of something serious with my lungs? I'm really worried about it. What should I do?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
