I've been dealing with these weird spots on my legs and arms that break out and itch. I try not to scratch too much, and after the itching stops, I notice these purple dots that look kind of like hickeys. It's strange, but hopefully that's a good description. Then the area bruises and gets really tender. It usually clears up after a week or so. I'm wondering if you have any idea what this might be.

View allMy palms and feet sweat excessively and it's really bothering me. Is there any permanent treatment or surgery that can stop this? I've tried everything but nothing seems to work long-term.
Excessive sweating (palms/feet) may respond to iontophoresis or Botox; thoracic sympathectomy is a surgical cure but has risks like compensatory sweating.
