I've been dealing with a throat infection and have a pretty bad headache. My eyes are burning too. I just wanted to ask if it's okay to use Zerodol-P for this?

View allI'm really concerned because even though I tested negative for COVID on April 12, I'm still feeling awful. My chest feels congested, and there's this constant heaviness in my head. Plus, my legs ache all the time and I feel fatigued throughout the day. I've had an X-ray and a CT scan, and they both show my lungs are clear, but I'm not sure what else could be going on. Could you help me understand what's happening?

Can I drink an ORS solution once or twice daily for rehydration? Is this safe, or could it cause problems for me later on? Should I be using something else like glucose instead since my doctor mentioned I've lost a lot of water in my body? What do you recommend?
ORS can be taken once or twice daily for rehydration, especially if you're experiencing dehydration. It helps replenish lost electrolytes safely. However, glucose alone is not as effective for rehydration since it lacks electrolytes. Stick to ORS for better hydration, but consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
