I've been dealing with a throat ulcer I got treated for about three weeks ago. I saw an ENT specialist and took all the prescribed medication. While the ulcer seems to be healed, I'm worried because I still can't talk or get my voice back. It's been over three weeks since this started and I'm really concerned. What should I do about this?

I've had chronic sinusitis and had DNS surgery twice, but I still feel heavy movement in my forehead and eyebrows, especially on the left side. Right now I'm taking levocetrizine hydrochloride 5mg and ambroxol hcl 60mg tablets, which have helped a bit with the dullness. Can I increase the dose to twice a day? I'm worried about side effects because last time I tried that, I had sinus congestion and discharge
It's generally not recommended to increase the dosage of levocetrizine or ambroxol without consulting a doctor, especially since you've experienced side effects with higher doses in the past. I've been dealing with this post nasal drip for the past couple of years and it's really frustrating. There's this thick liquid that's always coming into my throat, and I have to spit it out because swallowing makes me feel like throwing up. I tried taking Lesuride OD75 for a month, like my gastroenterologist suggested, but it didn't really help. On top of that, I have these acidity and vomiting issues. Whenever I get a cold, my nose runs like crazy and the throat thing gets worse. The day after I catch a cold, I end up vomiting all day and struggle to eat anything. The stuff I vomit is so thick, it's hard to get it out. This used to happen just twice a year before, but in the last six months, it's happened four times. I really need some advice on what to do because it's becoming unbearable. What can I do about this?
