I've been dealing with a throat ulcer I got treated for about three weeks ago. I saw an ENT specialist and took all the prescribed medication. While the ulcer seems to be healed, I'm worried because I still can't talk or get my voice back. It's been over three weeks since this started and I'm really concerned. What should I do about this?

Lately, I've had a cold, and now every morning I wake up with a really dry throat and this burning sensation. I'm not sure if it's just because of the cold or if the weed is causing it too. Is there a risk of developing serious throat issues from using weed frequently?

I accidentally cut the skin on my ear while shaving and used undiluted Dettol with a cotton ball on the cut. Unfortunately, some of the Dettol got into my ear, and I felt a burning sensation right away. I'm really worried about whether this could cause any damage to my ear or even my brain. Could this be a problem?
