I've been dealing with tonsillitis for a while nowit's really frustrating. The ENT specialist gave me Oratil 500, Rabemac, and Allegra, which worked at first. But now, the symptoms are back. Should I repeat the same treatment? The doctor also mentioned the possibility of removing my tonsillitis glands. Is that a safe option? I'm really curious and a bit worried about what to do next.

View allI'm having a lot of discomfort in my throat whenever I eat or drink. It started about two days ago, and it feels like theres something blocking my throat on one side. But now, it's gotten worse and much more painful, and I feel it in three different areas. I looked at it in the mirror, and it seems like the hole at the base of my tongue has become narrower and more reddish. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?
Gangrene is a serious condition requiring prompt attention.

I'm feeling dizzy every evening and night for the last 10 days, and I got an X-ray of my PNS where they said I have mild maxillary sinus. Could this be causing the dizziness in the evenings and at night? I'm really worried and would love some advice. I've attached the report if you want to take a look.
Yes, maxillary sinus issues can cause dizziness

I'm having this annoying throat pain, and my doctor prescribed Augmentin 625. Do you think it'll help with the pain I feel when swallowing?
Augmentin 625, a combination antibiotic of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, can help cure throat pain caused by bacterial infections such as strep throat, but if your throat pain persists or worsens, consult your doctor to rule out other causes, such as viral infections or other conditions.
