I've been dealing with Typhoid and was on antibiotics, but now I'm having a bit of trouble with my breathing for the last couple of days. Could this be tied to the Typhoid, or should I be worried about something else going on?

I've been dealing with chest pain and headaches since yesterday, and I also had a fever last night. I've noticed some white spots in the back of my throat and it's been feeling pretty scratchy. I'm worried it might be strep throat. I've already taken some Ibuprofen to ward off a fever, but I'm still unsure if it's really strep. What should I do next?
