I've been dealing with upper abdominal pain and weight loss for two years and just got diagnosed with MALS (median arcuate ligament syndrome) after a CT scan. What are the treatment options for this? Is it possible to manage or cure it without surgery? Could exercise help improve the condition?

My skin has black patches and itches a lot, plus the veins in my legs look bigger and there's some swelling. Is there any treatment for this besides surgery? If I do need surgery, what side effects should I be aware of?
The black patches, itching, swollen, and enlarged veins in your legs suggest venous stasis dermatitis, a condition caused by chronic venous insufficiency. While surgery might be an option, numerous non-surgical treatments can help manage the condition. If surgery is needed, be aware of potential side effects like pain, bruising, bleeding, nerve damage, infection, blood clots, and skin color changes
