I've been dealing with a urinary infection for the past two years and had a biopsy surgery. Could you help me understand why it's lasting so long and if the surgery might be related? I'm really worried about this ongoing issue

View allI've been dealing with a paper cut on my foreskin. I went to see a general physician and took some medication. It seemed to be getting better for a while, but now it feels like it's come back. Im really worried about why it's not healing properly. Could this be a sign of something more serious, and what should I do next?
it has to heal completely ,you shouldn't stretch till it heals, if it's minor injury it will heal without any scar formation , don't have sexual intercourse till it heals , only after complete heal involve in sexual activities.

My foreskin is tight and it hurts when I pull it back but I really don't want surgery. Are there other ways to fix this without going under the knife?
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

I'm really confused about my recent urine test results. It seems like every time I get tested, the RBC count comes back as 23 HPF with a weak reaction. I also had a KUB CT Scan and Ultra sound, plus urine Cytology and a PSA Blood test, and all those were normal. Out of 67 urine routine tests, two of them showed 56 RBC. The CT scan did show a 2mm renal calculus below my left kidney. Since everything else is normal, I'm having trouble understanding why there's still blood in my urine. Is this something I should be worried about, and do you think getting a Cystoscopy is necessary to figure out what's going on?
yes
