I've been dealing with this weird pressure in my right ear for the past couple of years. It's especially noticeable whenever I talkit just feels uncomfortable. I've seen a bunch of ENT specialists, and I've heard everything from "it's a tonsil problem" to "there's no issue at all." It's super frustrating not having any answers. Could there be something else going on with my ear that hasn't been checked?

It mentions "mild DNS toward the right" and "bilateral concha bullosa," plus something about "pneumatization of the left anterior clenoid process" being an anatomical variant. Can you help me make sense of what these terms mean for my health? Should I be worried about any of this?
