I've been diagnosed with a bulla in my right lung and have had a persistent cough for 20 days along with mild breathing issues. Should this be treated with surgery or medication, and what would the cost look like for either option?

It's also been really weird that when I try to sleep, I suddenly wake up in shock with an increased heart rate. What could be causing this and should I be worried?

My mom recently got over COVID and tested negative, but her CT scan shows around 64% of her lungs are affected. She's been doing breathing exercises online, but her oxygen levels dip when she goes for a walk. What should we do? I'm really worried.
