I've been diagnosed with frenulum breve and one surgeon recommended circumcision while another suggested frenuloplasty I'm really confused about which option is better for my condition. Could you help me understand the pros and cons of each?

Circumcision can also help in treating the tight frenulum. But, not only the frenulum, it removes the entire foreskin of the penis. Therefore, frenuloplasty is the best treatment option for tight frenulum. It does not affect the rest of the foreskin and leaves it intact

my urologist recommended surgery for phimosis but I'm not sure if it's the best option or if there are any side effects I should be worried about
It's understandable to have concerns about surgical options for phimosis, especially when you're unsure about the best course of action or potential side effects. Surgery for phimosis, often circumcision, is generally recommended when non-surgical treatments like steroid creams or manual stretching haven't been successful, or if the phimosis is causing significant problems like recurring infections or pain. Potential side effects of circumcision include infection, bleeding, and scarring, but these are usually manageable

I'm noticing that my penis sometimes shrinks in the middle and looks kind of out of proportion. It's strange because I haven't had any kind of sexual experience, although I do masturbate. This happens either after I masturbate, before taking a hot shower, or just randomly during the day when I look at it. But whenever I get an erection, everything seems normal. It's only an issue when it's flaccid. Is this something I should be worried about? Could masturbation be causing damage, or is this just a normal thing? I'm really hoping for some advice.
It sounds like you're experiencing temporary changes in the size and appearance of your penis when flaccid, which is completely normal. The size can vary due to factors like temperature, arousal, or even anxiety. Masturbation does not cause permanent damage; if you're concerned, it's always a good idea to consult a healthcare provider for reassurance and guidance.
