I've been diagnosed with a large left neck mass 5.5x3x4.5 cm near my carotid sheath, and the report says it's likely a vagus nerve schwannoma. It's not painful, and ENT recommended surgery, but I'm hoping to avoid it since I think it's benign. Can homeopathy help treat this instead? I'm worried about going under the knife if there's another way to manage it.
