I've been diagnosed with a large left neck mass 5.5x3x4.5 cm near my carotid sheath, and the report says it's likely a vagus nerve schwannoma. It's not painful, and ENT recommended surgery, but I'm hoping to avoid it since I think it's benign. Can homeopathy help treat this instead? I'm worried about going under the knife if there's another way to manage it.

View allI've been waking up with a dry and sore soft palate every morning for over a year now, especially on colder days. It also tends to get sore and dries out when I'm breathing through my nose without swallowing during the day. I notice I feel a bit feverish when it gets dry and sore, although that fades after I swallow. I've been using Nasivin nasal drops for over a year, which is when these issues began. Could there be a connection? What might be causing this, and what should I do about it?
