I've been doing deep breathing and anulom Vilom pranayams for about 45 days now, and I'm starting to feel a heaviness in my head, like I'm going to faint, and theres a weird sensation in my cervical area when I do them. My oxygen levels and breath-holding are actually pretty good, but I also notice I have a lot of gas or acidity. I'm a bit concerned about what's happening and would really appreciate any advice on what could be causing this and how I might treat it.

View allI'm really concerned about my mom's health. We've been checking her spo2 levels since August using a pulse oximeter, and while the rest of my family stays above 95, hers fluctuates between 89 and 92. It's October now, and the readings haven't changed much. I'm worried about what might be causing this and if it's indicative of any particular health issue. Could this be something serious?
She might be having some underlying respiratory disease or cardiac diseade, needs evaluation, visit Physician for the same

It's scary, and on top of that, I've actually thrown up what I've just eaten a few times. I already saw a general doctor, but the meds they gave me aren't doing anything. Can you tell me which specialist I should talk to about this?
